Terms and conditions1) Payment ONLY by POSB/DBS ATM transfer or I-banking or cash deposit if you do not have a bank account.
2)Buyer should accept 2 to 3cm discrepancy in measurements, as well as slight color difference due to different monitor's resolution.
3)Goods sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable as we will always check thoroughly before sending it out. Quality of goods may varies from different batches/shipment of goods, though we will try, to the best of our ability to keep the variation to the minimum.
4)No haggling of prices as we have already tried our best to have the best price for you=) And for items with 'mailed', it means normal postage, not registered postage. Prices stated are not inclusive of postage unless stated otherwise.
5)You can only reserve your items for 1 working day. No payment after that = no order. And if there are two buyers for one item, item will be sold to whoever pay first.
6)No backing out once order is made via the order form.
7)Instock item goes to whoever makes full payment first.
8)Always opt for registered postage to prevent any loss of your items as we can tracked it. Any items lost through normal postage will not be responsible by us. Please kindly opt for registered postage. We do not earn from this registered postage charge.
9)Please reply even if you're not buying it after enquiring
10)Clear all doubts before purchasing.
11)Irresponsible and dead buyers will be blacklisted.
12)Only take part in spree/preorder if you are willing to wait. Pre-orders will usually take 1 week to arrive after orders sent. If items need restocking, it will take up to 2-3 weeks. Sprees will take longer, usually about 2-3 weeks after orders sent.
13)Please make payment asap within 24 hours to close the deal. For sprees and preorders, if payment not made before orders submitted, the orders will be cancelled without further notice. Enquiries do not mean that you have secured the items. Instock item will be given to the one who pay first.
14)Spree/preorder items are to be collected within 30days after email is sent. After 30 days, items will be confiscated without notice.
15)We do not undertake any responsibility and/or liability for any losses and/or damages sustained by any person or people using services/products on our site and we shall not be responsible and/or liable for any losses or damages due to any information or otherwise contained on this web site or through links, sponsors and email correspondence, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or bad judgment or any reason whatsoever.
16)Information on this web site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without any notice.
17)We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Method of collection:
Normal Postage
-According to the weight of the items
-Mail me for exact charges, usually range from $1 - $4
-For items more than 2 kg, will have to use speedpost.
-Will be sent out within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated. All big and bulky items will be sent out within 3-4 working days. Hope you can be understanding=)
Registered Postage
-Add $2.30 to the normal postage
-Usually will be sent out on every Saturday unless otherwise stated
Meet up
-only at my convenience
-Kovan Mrt Station FOC
-Hougang/Serangoon Mrt Station = $2
-Other stations at purple line= $3.50
-Ang Mo Kio=$3.50
-City hall, Raffles Place, Bugis, Somerset, Orchard Mrt station= $4
-Eunos,Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris=$5
-Tiong Bahru to Jurong East and other mrt stations on green line=$6
-No other places
-if you failed to turn up without any notifications in 24 hours, the items will be void and no refunds will be made.
-Meet up charges is so expensive as time and sweat is needed to travel to the place and I'm paying adult fare. This is also to encourage postage as I've a tight schedule and do not really have the time to travel around for meet-up.
-For preorder/spree items, if you do not have the time to meet up, do opt for postage instead. Items will be confiscated if they are not collected within 30 days after email has been sent to notify the arrival of items.
Payment method:
Atm Transfer
-Include the transfer details eg time and date, amount and reference number
-A snapshot of the receipt with the amt paid,date, time,my acc number and ref number clearly shown.
-Do retain your receipt till payment has been confirmed to be received
I-banking
-Please kindly tell me your nick after transferring

Account number will be given once order confirmed.
No Inter-banking allowed due to the hassle.
Concealed cash
New policy: Concealed cash is not available from now onwards. You can do a cash deposit at the bank itself if you do not have a bank account or ATM card.
Meet-up for payment is only possible for Kovan station but at my convenience. If you fail to turn up, you will be blacklisted. If you're unable to turn up, please have the responsiblity to inform us at least 24 hours beforehand.
New policy:Meet up for payment is only available at kovan station and not other places unless otherwise stated. Payment is to be made before orders for pre-order/spree is taken and before pre-order/spree close.
